What's a Presence?
Presence is your branded content hub on DYLIT — think of it as your home on the platform. One Presence can be your personal brand, your startup, your cookbook project. If you run multiple brands or side-projects, each one gets its own Presence.
How are Channels different from Posts?
A Channel is a swim lane inside your Presence — like "Tutorials," "Travelog," or "Product Updates." A Post is a single piece of content that lives inside a Channel. Audiences can follow you (your Presence), or just a specific Channel — so a reader who loves your travel writing doesn't have to wade through your product launches.
What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
SEO is Search Engine Optimization — making content findable on Google. AEO is Answer Engine Optimization — making content ready to appear as a direct answer. GEO is Generative Engine Optimization — being cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and other LLMs. DYLIT optimizes for all three automatically.
What are Text AI Credits?
One credit = one AI-assisted generation action (drafting a post, repurposing a URL, optimizing for SEO, etc.). The Free plan includes 100 credits as a one-time allocation valid for 365 days. Lite and Pro plans refresh monthly. Unused credits don't roll over on paid plans.
What counts as a post?
A post is one published piece of content — a blog, tutorial, newsletter, photolog entry, and so on. A single post can be auto-propagated to multiple social channels without counting as multiple posts. Drafts don't count.
What is Auto-Propagation?
Auto-Propagation is DYLIT's one-click distribution feature. When you publish a post, DYLIT reformats and pushes it to your connected social channels automatically. Free plan supports DYLIT's own link distribution. Lite supports 3 external platforms; Pro supports 5.
Do I own my content on DYLIT?
Yes — absolutely. Every piece of content belongs to the person who created it. You can export everything at any time. We don't sell your data. If you leave, nothing is held hostage.
What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?
Nothing breaks. Your content stays live and visible. You'll get a heads-up notification and a simple upgrade prompt — you won't be surprised by charges, and your audience won't see an error page.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account settings. Downgrading keeps your content — we'll just archive what exceeds the lower plan's limits, and you can restore it any time by upgrading again.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. No credit card required to start. No trial clock ticking down. You can stay on the Free plan as long as you like — upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How does annual billing work?
Pay up front for 12 months and save ~25%. The monthly price you see on the yearly toggle is what you'll effectively pay per month. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
